I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University. I am currently working under the supervision of Tonya Schaeffer M.Ed., LPCC-S.
I have experience in assisting clients of all ages navigate trauma, cancer, grief, bereavement, caregiver burnout, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. I have a specific interest in working with neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities. I utilize a person-centered approach while integrating interventions from a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. My aim is to support and empower clients as they navigate life’s challenges in a compassionate and collaborative manner.
